摘要
分别以麦仁和活体蚕蛹为培养基栽培蝉花获得孢梗束,对其有效成分进行比较。结果表明:以蚕蛹为基质感染蝉花菌株,获得的蝉花孢梗束(CY)中粗多糖、腺苷、N^6-(2-羟乙基)腺苷、海藻糖、甘露醇、葡萄糖、尿苷、鸟苷含量分别为1.17%、1.40 mg/g.0.2 mg/g、9.95%、8.16%、1.90%、2.58 mg/g、0.90 mg/g;CY中多糖由岩藻糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖3种单糖组成,岩藻糖:阿拉伯糖:甘露糖摩尔比=1:2.03:16.91;与麦仁培养基栽培获得的蝉花孢梗束(DM)相比,CY中腺苷、海藻糖和甘露醇含量明显高于DM,粗多糖及N^6-(2-羟乙基)腺苷含量略低于DM。由此可见,不同的培养基在蝉花代谢产物的种类及含量上存在一定程度的差异。
Cordycepes sobolifera was cultivated respectively on wheat germ and living silkworm chrysalis,and the active ingredients of C.sobolifera coremium were compared.The results showed that the coremium(CY)obtained on living silkworm chrysalis contains 1.17%crude polysaccharide,1.40 mg/g adenosine,0.2 mg/g N6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-adenosine,9.95%trehalose,8.16%mannitol,1.90%glucose,2.58 mg/g uridine and0.90 mg/g guanosine;Its polysaccharide consists of fucose,arabinose and mannose,and their mole ratio is1:2.03:16.91;Compared with the coremium(DM) obtained on wheat germ,the CY has obviously higher contents of adenosine,fucose and mannitol,but slightly lower contents of crude polysaccharide and N6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-adenosine.It is concluded that there is a certain difference in the metabolic product' s active ingredients of C.sobolifera cultivated on different media.
