鸭疫里默氏杆菌贵州分离株OmpA及16S rRNA基因序列分析 被引量:3

Sequence Analysis of Omp A and 16 S rRNA Genes of Riemerella anatipestifer Isolates from Guizhou Province

摘要 为了解鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA)贵州分离株外膜蛋白A(Omp A)和16 S r RNA基因序列的相关性以及与RA血清型之间的关系,对12株RA贵州分离株通过PCR分别扩增Omp A和16 S r RNA基因,并对其构建系统进化树和分析其系统进化关系。结果显示,12株RA分离株Omp A基因分为2个群,其核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性分别为96.9%-100.0%和98.4%-100.0%;Omp A蛋白中有规律的变异位点为100(R/G)、143(S/P)、145(T/I)和268(S/P)。12株RA分离株16 S r RNA基因同属1个群,其核苷酸序列同源性为99.4%-100.0%。结果表明,12株RA贵州分离株Omp A基因和16 S r RNA基因序列所属的基因群无明显相关性,并且与RA血清型的分型也无直接关联。 To analyze the correlationship between Omp A and 16 S r RNA genes of Riemerella anatipestifer(RA)isolates from Guizhou Province and explore the relationship of the two genes with RA serotypes,Omp A and 16 S r RNA genes were amplified by PCR to construct the phylogenetic trees. The results showed that Omp A genes of 12 RAstrains were situated in two groups and the homology of nucleotide and amino acid sequences among 12 RA isolates were 96.9% to 100.0% and 98.4% to 100.0%,respectively. The regular variation sites in Omp A protein located at100(R/G),143(S/P),145(T/I)and 268(S/P). 16 S r RNA genes of 12 RA isolates were belonged to one group and their nucleotide homology was 99.4% to 100.0%. These results demonstrated that no apparent correlation was found between Omp A and 16 S r RNA gene cluster and RA serotype among all the RA isolates.
