抗菌肽和地衣芽孢杆菌对肉仔鸡肠道微生物及免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:20

Effects of Antimicrobial Peptide and Bacillus licheniformis on Growth Performance,Intestinal Microflora and Immune Function of Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究抗菌肽和地衣芽孢杆菌对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道微生物和免疫器官指数的影响。选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡360只,随机分为5组(每组6个重复,每个重复12只)。对照组喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加35 mg/kg抗生素、200 mg/kg抗菌肽、100 mg/kg地衣芽孢杆菌、200 mg/kg抗菌肽+100 mg/kg地衣芽孢杆菌,试验期42 d。结果表明:1地衣芽孢杆菌和抗菌肽能显著降低料重比,提高平均日增重和42日龄体重(P<0.05);2抗菌肽和地衣芽孢杆菌能显著降低肉仔鸡肠道中大肠杆菌和沙门菌数量,提高乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05),两者体现出显著的互作效应(P<0.05);3抗菌肽和地衣芽孢杆菌联合添加能显著提高肉仔鸡免疫器官指数(P<0.05)。由此可见,地衣芽孢杆菌和抗菌肽可以替代抗生素,显著提高肉仔鸡的生长性能和机体免疫功能,改善肉仔鸡肠道环境,体现出一定的互作效应。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effects and the interactions of antimicrobial peptide and Bacillus licheniformis on growth performance,intestinal microflora and immune function of broilers. Three hundred and sixty male AA broilers at one day of age were randomly divided into 5 treatments with 6 replications per treotment12 broilers in each replicate. Broilers of the control group were fed with a basal corn-soybean meal diet. Broilers of the trial groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 35 mg/kg virginiamycin premix,200 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide,100 mg/kg Bacillus licheniformis and 100mg/kg Bacillus licheniformis+200mg/kg antimicrobial peptide. Feed and water were provided ad libitum for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1Addition of Bacillus licheniformis and antimicrobial peptide were significantly elevated the average daily gain and BW at 42 days of age,reduced the feed/gain of broilers(P〈0.05).(2) Addition of Bacillus licheniformis and antimicrobial peptide significantly reduced the counts of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in caecum,increase the counts of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium(P〈0.05),showed significant interaction effect(P〈0.05).(3) Combination of adding antibacterial peptide and Bacillus licheniformis could significantly increase the immune organ index of broilers(P〈0.05). It was concluded that Bacillus licheniformis and antibacterial peptides could replace antibiotics,significantly improve growth performance and immune function of broilers,significantly increase the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in caecum,reduce the counts of Escherichia coli and Salmonella,improve intestinal environment,and combination was superior to and separate supplement single add and reflects the interaction effect.
