日粮蛋白质水平对育雏期略阳乌鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Dietary Protein Levels on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Parameters in Lueyang Black-bone Chicken during Brood Period

摘要 试验旨在测定不同蛋白质水平日粮对育雏期略阳乌鸡生长性能、内脏器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。选取420只1日龄略阳乌鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只鸡。5个组分别饲喂代谢能为11.9 MJ/kg,蛋白质水平为13.23%、14.87%、16.34%、18.69%和20.88%的日粮。试验期为42 d。结果表明:当日粮蛋白水平为18.69%和20.88%时略阳乌鸡平均日增重和平均日采食量极显著高于低蛋白水平组,而料重比极显著低于低蛋白组,随着日粮蛋白质水平的增加,平均日增重和平均日采食量呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,料重比呈现出先下降后上升的趋势;日粮蛋白水平对内脏器官指数和血清生化指标未产生显著影响。综合生长性能、内脏器官指数和血清生化指标,推荐略阳乌鸡育雏期日粮蛋白质水平为18.69%。 To evaluate the effect of different levels of dietary crude protein(CP)on growth performance,carcass characteristics,serum biochemical indexes in Lueyang black-boned chicken during brood period. A total of 420 Lueyang black-boned chicks were randomly assigned to five treatments,each treatment contained 6 replicate pens with 14 Lueyang black-boned chicks. The birds fed experimental diets with the same metabolizable energy(11.9 MJ/kg)and different levels of protein concentration of 13.23%,14.87%,16.34%,18.69% and 20.88% for 42 days. The results showed that birds fed the diets with 18.69% or 20.88% protein concentration had significantly increased ADG and ADFI,but decreased thefeed/gain ratio compared with low CP diets;with the increase of dietary protein level,ADG and ADFI increased firstly and then decreased,while F/G decreased firstly and then increased. Different level of crude protein had significant effect on growth performance,however it had no significant effect on the serum biochemical indexes. The optimal protein level is 18.69% for Lueyang black-boned chicks from 0 to 6 weeks of age.
