“现代学徒制”下电气自动化专业人才培养模式的改革与实践——基于江苏开放大学与江苏永达电力电信安装工程有限公司的合作为样本

江苏开放大学(南通校区)与江苏永达电力电信安装工程有限公司进行订单培养式的深度合作,对高职院校"现代学徒制"人才培养方案进行了改革,以解决学生在技能培养、专业知识构建、专业实习和毕业就业等问题。在校企深度合作的基础上,进行了现代学徒制人才培养方案的校本开发,形成教学标准,利用课谱化的教学执行设计管理教学内容,逐步形成了人才培养的实施方案,构建了专业课程体系,为现代学徒制的校本开展提供理论依据。

Jiangsu Open University （ Nantong campus ） and Jiangsu Yongda Electric Power and Telecommunication Installation Engineering Co., Ltd make a deep university-enterprise cooperation, and reform the talent training scheme under the viewpoint of modern apprenticeship to solve the problems of the students′skills, building of professional knowledge, profession-al practice and graduate employment. Based on the profound cooperation, we built the talent training scheme, designed the standards of teaching, and used course spectrum to manage the teaching content. Gradually it formed the implementation of the talent training scheme, curriculum plans, providing basis for school-based implementation of modern apprenticeships.
