紫外线真空辐照对动物毛纤维性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of properties of several kinds of animal hair fiber treated by ultraviolet irradiation in vacuum environment

摘要 通过对狗毛纤维、猪毛纤维及黄牛毛纤维紫外线真空辐照前后质量损失率、吸湿回潮率,弹性回复率及热学性能的测试对比,分析紫外线真空辐照对狗毛纤维、猪毛纤维及黄牛毛纤维性能的影响。研究表明,随着紫外线真空辐照时间的增加,纤维的质量损失率与吸湿回潮率均有不同程度的上升,而弹性回复率与热学性能却有不同程度的下降,且变化幅度最大的时间区间均在0~15 h,且黄牛毛纤维、狗毛纤维及猪毛纤维对紫外线辐照的抵抗能力依次减弱。 Quality loss rate,moisture absorption,elastic recovery rate and thermal performance of fibers of dog,pig and ox were tested to study the anti-uv-ray properties of several kinds of animal hair fibers. Researches showed that the quality loss rate and moisture absorption were increased with the time of ultraviolet irradiation rising which elastic recovery rate and thermal performance were in opposite side.The time interval of biggest change rising and declining were both in 0 ~ 15 h,and the anti-UV-ray properties were decreased of fibers of dog,pig and ox.
