摘要
通过实验探讨了羊毛/不锈钢纤维混纺纱及其织物的抗电磁性能。研究表明,羊毛/不锈钢纤维混纺纱的力学性能、弹性回复率及条干均匀度均随着不锈钢纤维含量的增加而下降,而纱线毛羽指数随着不锈钢纤维含量的增加而增加,混纺纱质量随着不锈钢纤维含量的增加而下降。混纺织物的力学性能随着不锈钢纤维含量的增加而下降,织物的电磁屏蔽性能随着不锈钢纤维含量的增加而增加,当不锈钢纤维含量15%时,织物具有很好的电磁屏蔽性能,且当不锈钢纤维含量超过15%时,电磁屏蔽性能增幅不大,确认羊毛/不锈钢纤维混纺纱中的不锈钢纤维含量应控制在15%以内。
Properties of wool/stainless steel blended yarns and anti-electromagnetic radiation of fabrics weaved by wool/stainless steel blended yarns were studied to search for suitable proportion of stainless steel in wool/stainless steel blended yarns. Research showed that mechanical properties,elastic recovery rate and yarn evenness of wool/stainless steel blended yarns were all decreased with proportion of stainless steel in wool/stainless steel blended yarns rising except yarn hairiness index which led to the decrease of the quality of the yarn. Meanwhile,mechanical properties of fabrics weaved by wool/stainless steel blended yarns was decreased with proportion of stainless steel in wool/stainless steel blended yarns rising which was contrary to anti-electromagnetic radiation property which was illustrated that 15% was suitable proportion of stainless steel in wool/stainless steel blended yarns because at that proportion,antielectromagnetic radiation property was excellent, and when proportion surpassed the 15%, antielectromagnetic radiation property was increased slowly.
