我国物流产业集聚现状、影响因素及发展策略研究

Research on Status Quo, Impact Factor and Development Strategy of China's Logistics Industrial Agglomeration

集聚发展是物流产业发展的一个重要趋势,主要是通过物流产业与其他相关产业分工协作,以获得更高的物流效率和产业效益。相对于传统物流产业发展模式,物流产业集聚发展具有区位选择性、产业依附性、资源整合性、开放共享性、分工合作性等特点。产业、交通、劳动力成本、基础设施、政府政策、商贸等是影响物流产业集聚发展的主要因素。应通过实现物流产业与工业制造业共同发展、大力发展多式联运以提高物流配送能力、加大物流基础设施建设投入力度、健全城市配送体系助推商贸物流发展、主动作为发挥好政府作用等措施,加快推进我国物流产业集聚发展。

Agglomeration development is an important trend of the logistics industrial development, which obtained higher logistics efficiency and industrial profit via logistics industry and collaboration with other relevant industry division. Compared with traditional logistics industry development mode, the logistics industrial agglomeration development had characteristics of regional selectivity, industrial independency, resource integrity, opening sharing and division and cooperation. Industry,traffic, labor force cost, infrastructure, governmental policy and business were the main impact factors on logistics industrial agglomeration development. We should strive to develop multiple combined transportation to enhance logistics delivery capacity,enlarge the logistics infrastructure construction power, improve city delivery system to promote business logistics development,actively implement governmental role and accelerate to improve China＇s logistics industrial agglomeration development by realizing mutual development of logistics industry and industrial manufacturing industry.
