摘要
目的研究生附子抗肿瘤化学成分组提取的影响因素,确定适宜的制备工艺。方法首先在同等条件下,对冷浸、渗漉和回流三种不同提取方法进行选择,确定最佳提取方法。然后对选择的提取方法进行工艺研究,多指标综合评价,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果采用回流提取为最佳提取方法,通过正交试验确定的提取工艺为85%乙醇,10倍量的溶剂,回流提取3次,每次1h。结论通过优化所得工艺简便可行,适合工业化大生产。
Objective Study the extraction factors of antitumor chemicals group of aconite roots,determine the appropriate preparation process. Methods First,at the same conditions,with three different extraction methods of the cold soak,percolation and reflux for extraction,and make sure the best extraction methods. Then study the method which be choiced,overview with multi-index,with the method of orthogonal test to choose the best extraction process. Results extraction process is reflux extraction,extraction process determined by orthogonal experiment is 85% ethanol,10 times the amount of solvent,extracted three times,1hour each time. Conclusion The extraction process is simple and feasible,suitable for industrial production.
