摘要
目的分析不同生育期下新疆红花的含量,探讨新疆红花不同生育期对品质的影响。方法分别采取新红4号、裕民无刺、吉红1号不同品种在7月13日、7月22日、7月24日、8月1日等不同时期的样品,用HPLC法测定3个品种在不同时期、3个品种在同一时期的羟基红花黄色素A含量及山奈素含量;用紫外分光法测定测定3个品种在不同时期、3个品种在同一时期的总黄酮含量。结果新疆红花不同生育期中羟基红花黄色素A的含有量为1.01%~1.65%,山柰素的含有量为0.0881%~0.1514%,总黄酮的含有量为0.2731%~1.20%。结论新疆红花在不同生育期中羟基红花黄色素A、山柰素及总黄酮的含有量有差异,其中采摘于8月1日的含有量最高,是红花优质高产的适宜采摘时期。
Objective To explore the effects of the quality of Carthamus tinctorius L. at different growth periods and analyze the contents under different growth periods. Methods The samples were collected from 7. 13,7. 22,7. 24,8. 1 at different periods and to test the contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A and kaempferol by HPLC. the total content of flavonoids in Xinjiang safflower was determined by UV. Results The HYSA of Carthamus tinctorius L. in different growth periods is 1. 01%~1. 65%,the kaempferol is 0. 0881%~0. 1514%,the total content of flavonoids is 0. 2731%~1. 20%. Conclusion There are obviously different in the contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A,kaempferol and flavonoids. 8. 1,which contains the highest contents,is suitable picking periods for Carthamus tinctorius L. of high quality and yield.
