摘要
为了减少夹网屏蔽玻璃在电磁场数值计算中剖分的网格数量,基于时域有限差分周期结构谱算法(Spectral Finite-Difference Time-Domain,SFDTD)仿真了单层夹网屏蔽玻璃的屏蔽效能,基于Schelkunoff屏蔽理论提取出金属网的等效电导率,应用CST电磁仿真软件建立了一种屏蔽玻璃仿真简化模型,解决了细微结构屏蔽材料难以仿真计算的难题。仿真结果表明,等效电导率方法具有很高的计算精度,为计算具有细微结构屏蔽材料的机箱、方舱等结构的屏蔽效能提供了有效途径。
In order to reduce the divided grids of shielding window with metal mesh electromagnetic calculation,the shielding effectiveness of the electromagnetic shielding window with metal mesh was simulated based on the periodic structures SFDTD( Spectral Finite-Difference TimeDomain) method. According to the Schelkunoff shielding theory,the equivalent conductivity of the shielding glass was extracted and the simplified simulation model of shielding glass was established by the CST simulation software. This solved the problem that the shielding material with fine structures was difficult to simulation. The simulation results show that the equivalent conductivity method has high calculation precision and provides an effective way for calculating the shielding effectiveness of the object with the fine structure shielding materials,such as the case or the square cabinet etc.
