基于灰色关联度的城市紧凑度评价--以环长株潭城市群为例

Appraisal for city compact degree based on Grey Correlation Model:taking urban agglomerations around Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan for example

从人口紧凑度、经济紧凑度、土地利用紧凑度、公共服务紧凑度和生态环境协同五个维度构建了城市紧凑度评价指标体系,并运用灰色关联度方法测算了2015年环长株潭城市群8个地级以上城市的紧凑度。结果显示:从综合紧凑度来看,环长株潭城市群各城市的紧凑度较低,存在较大的提升空间;从分项紧凑度来看,环长株潭城市群各城市的经济紧凑度相对较高,而土地利用和公共服务紧凑度相对较低;各城市人口紧凑度和公共服务紧凑度的个体差异较大,发展不均衡现象较突出。

This essay builds the evaluation index system for urban compact degree from five dimensions,such as population,economy,land use,public service and coordinate ecological environment.By the method of Grey Correlation Model,this essay measures the compact degree of eight cities of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations in 2015.The result indicates that:Firstly,the comprehensive compact degree of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is low,and there is a large room to improve;Secondly,the economy compact degree of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is relatively high,and the compact degree of land use and public service is relatively low;Thirdly,there is a big difference in the compact degree of population and public service among the cites,and the imbalance phenomenon is prominent.
