北部湾城市群各城市的经济联系与地缘经济关系

Urban economic relations and geo-economic relations of Beibu Gulf Agglomerations

采用克鲁格曼指数、引力模型分析了我国北部湾城市群内产业分工及对外经济的联系强度,以南宁、北海、钦州、防城港等城市为例,运用欧氏距离法分析了北部湾城市群各城市间的地缘经济关系。结果显示:南宁、钦州、防城港的城市一体化已初见端倪,各城市两两之间具有强经济联系;将北部湾城市群内六对城市组合分为四种类型,南宁市和北海市属于战略调整型,南宁市与钦州市、钦州市与防城港市属于深化和拓展合作型,南宁市与防城港市、北海市与防城港市属于加强合作、战略调整型,北海市与钦州市属于强化联系型。鉴于北部湾城市群经济联系与地缘经济关系匹配状况不理想,认为北部湾城市群内各城市应推进产业的垂直与水平分工和转移,增强经济联系,化竞争关系为互补关系。

Using the Gravity Model and Location Quotient Model,this essay analyzes the industrial division of labor and link degree to outside of Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration.And then using the Euclidean Distance Model,this essay analyzes the geo-economic relations between Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration,and makes a matching analysis of the external economic links and geo-economic relations.The results show that the integration of Nanning,Qinzhou and Fangchenggang has shown initial signs,with strong economic ties.Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration is classified into four types,Nanning and Beihai belong to strategically adjusting type;Nanning and Qinzhou,Qinzhou and Fangchenggang belong to deepen cooperation type;Nanning and Fangchenggang,Beihai and Fangchenggang belong to strengthening cooperation and strategically adjusting type;Beihai and Qinzhou belong to strengthening cooperation.Overall,the economic contact and inter regional economic relationship matching condition of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration are not ideal.On the basis,the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration should communicate more,and promote the vertical and horizontal distributions of industrial labor and the transfer of laborers,strengthen economic ties and change the relations from competition to mutual complementing.
