新疆乌苏市四棵树煤矿区生态补偿核算

Check computation on ecological compensation of Sikeshu mining area in Wusu City of Xinjiang

以乌苏市四棵树煤矿为研究对象,根据四棵树矿区生态环境破坏现状调查以及前人研究成果,对四棵树矿区生态环境价值与居民损失价值进行核算。结果表明:四棵树矿区煤炭开采造成环境污染损失达2 204元/d,折合每吨煤损失1.34元,生态破坏损失达8 842元/d,折合每吨煤损失5.38元,居民搬迁及安置费用高达3 768万元,居民健康损失折合每吨煤损失10元。

In this paper,Sikeshu Coal Mine was selected as the studying area,according to the ecological destruction survey and results of previous studies,the authors calculated the value loss of the ecological environment and the residents in Sikeshu mining area. The results show that： the value loss of the environmental pollution was 2 204 Yuan one day,equivalent to a loss of 1. 34 Yuan per ton of coal,the ecological damage value had lost 8 842 Yuan one day,equivalent to a loss of 5. 38 Yuan per ton of coal,the value of resident relocation and resettlement reached 37. 68 million Yuan,the residents health value equivalent to a loss of 10 Yuan per ton of coal.
