摘要
采用Phan-Thien-Tanner(PTT)本构方程,建立Y型包覆共挤模型,通过有限元数值算法系统模拟黏度对包覆共挤成型离模膨胀的影响规律。结果表明:随着熔体处黏度的变化,熔体胀大率及包覆共挤变形均有较大的变化,当内层处熔体黏度增大,而外层处黏度减小时,包覆共挤出挤出胀大率减小。
Abstract: Y-shaped coated co-extrusion model was established and analyzed by the Phan-Thien-Tanner (PTT) constitutive. The influencing rules of viscosity on polymer coated co-extrusion on die swell were calculated by finite element simulation. Research results showed that the extrusion swell ratio and deformation of coated co-extrusion have been great influenced by the changing of melts viscosity. When the viscosity of the core layer increased and the overall diminished , the swell ratio of coated co-extrusion would diminish.
