摘要
讨论了溶胀对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂的粒径、溶胀温度时的转矩、熔点、结晶度的影响,以及经过溶胀处理后的树脂所制备的隔膜性能的变化。通过SEM、DSC等表征,结果表明:溶胀使树脂粒径有增大的趋势而结晶度降低,对熔点影响不大,经过溶胀工艺处理后的树脂溶解速度快;树脂经过溶胀预处理工艺,使通过挤出机在同等条件下制备的隔膜拉伸强度、透气度、结晶度等性能提高。
The swelling of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene was studied to the effect of particle size, melting point, torque of solution, crystallinity. And the swelling was discussed to the effect on tensile strength, air permeability,porosity of the UHMWPE separators. SEM, DSC were used to characterize the surface microstructure and crystallinity. Swelling of UHMWPE made particle size of resins increase,crystallinity decrease and melting point almost not chang. Resins were dealed with swelling,it took a good influence on tensile strength,air permeability,crystallinity properties of the separators prepared by extrusion mechanism under the same conditions.
