摘要
为了大规模、高效利用农作物废弃物秸秆,采用低温炭化麦秸秆的方法,将麦秸秆掺混至成浆性良好的贫瘦煤中进行麦秸秆水煤浆的制备,研究了麦秸秆的添加量、炭化温度对水煤浆成浆性能的影响,并对其燃烧热量与灰熔融性变化进行了研究。结果表明:麦秸秆的添加量越大,水煤浆的成浆性、流动性越差,但浆体稳定性提高,添加比例为11.67%时,成浆浓度可降低约28.25%;随着炭化温度的升高,浆体的成浆特性逐渐提高;炭化后麦秸秆的片层状结构断裂,比表面积增加,表面含氧官能团减少,增加了分散剂有效作用位点,提高了麦秸秆水煤浆的成浆性能;加入麦秸秆后水煤浆的熔融温度降低,燃烧特性温度降低,燃烧活性增加。
In order to in a large scale and high efficiently utilize the abandoned wheat straw of the crops,a low temperature carbonized method of the wheat straw was applied to prepare the wheat straw coal water slurry with the wheat straw mixed in the good meager-lean coal slurry. The paper had a study on an added quantity and carbonized temperature of the wheat straw affected to the coal slurry features and a study on the variation of the combustion heat value and the ash fusibility. The results showed that the more added quantity of the wheat straw,the poor slurry and flowability of the coal slurry would be,but the slurry stability would be improved. When the adding ratio was 11.67%,the slurry concentration would be reduced about 28. 25%. With the carbonized temperature increased,the slurry features would be steadily increased. After the carbonization,the lamellar structure of the wheat straw would be cracked,the specific surface area would be increased,the surface oxygenic functional groups would be reduced,the effective function points of the dispersant would be increased and the slurry features of the wheat straw coal water slurry would be improved. After the wheat straw added,the fusion temperature of the coal water slurry would be decreased,the combustion characteristic temperature would be reduced and the combustion activity would be increased.
