摘要
如何有效克服小分子抗氧剂热稳定性低,易迁移及耐抽提性能差等缺点,是抑制高分子材料及其制品老化现象所亟待解决的关键问题之一。其中,采用化学法将小分子抗氧剂接枝到无机材料表面或聚合物分子链上制备负载型抗氧剂是一条重要的解决途径,已成为抗氧剂领域的研究热点。文中详细介绍了近年来通过无机材料和聚合物(低聚物)为载体制备负载型抗氧剂的方法及应用研究进展,总结了负载型抗氧剂的特性,提出了目前负载型抗氧剂研究面临的问题。
How to effectively overcome the disadvantages of the low molecular weight antioxidants,such as low thermal stability,easy migration and poor extraction resistance,is one of the key issues in inhibiting the aging of polymer materials and their products. It is an important way to prepare immobile antioxidant by grafting low molecular weight antioxidants on the surface of inorganic material or polymer chain,which has become a hot research topic in the field of antioxidants. In this paper,the preparation methods and applications of the immobile antioxidants using inorganic material and polymer( oligomer) as supporter were introduced in detail,the features of the immobile antioxidant were summarized,and the existed problems of the immobile antioxidant were also pointed out.
