磷酸肌酸钠联合大剂量维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎

Discussion of the effects of creatine phosphate sodium combined with large dose of vitamin C in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis

目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠联合大剂量维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2013年3月至2015年3月收治的80例毒性心肌炎患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗及对症处理,观察组在此基础上联合磷酸肌酸钠与大剂量维生素C进行治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05);心肌酶指标水平及c Tn I水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸钠联合大剂量维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎,其临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective： To probe into the clinical effects of creatine phosphate sodium combined with large dose of vitamin C in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis（ VMC）. Methods： 80 children with VMC accepted and treated in the hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment and symptomatic treatment while patients in the observation group were treated with the creatine phosphate sodium combined with large dose of vitamin C on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 92. 5 %,significantly higher than 75 % in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of myocardial enzyme and c Tn I in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Creatine phosphate sodium combined with large dose of vitamin C in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis has significant clinical effect,thus should be promoted and used.
