中医专业与临床专业学生专业承诺的比较 被引量:2

Comparative study of professional commitment between TCM and clinical medical students

摘要 目的:研究对比中医专业与临床专业学生的专业承诺水平。方法:采用吴兰花自编《大学生专业承诺量表》,对中医专业、临床专业300名学生进行调查。结果:中医专业与临床专业学生的专业承诺水平均不高(P>0.05);二者在理想承诺、规范承诺上存在差异(P<0.05)。中医专业的专业承诺在性别上无差异(P>0.05),理想承诺在是否独生子女上存在差异(P<0.05),专业承诺总分及各维度在年级上均存在差异(P<0.05);临床专业的专业承诺在年级、是否独生子女上均不存在差异(P>0.05),规范承诺在性别上存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:当前中医专业与临床专业学生的总体承诺水平均不高。二者分别在理想承诺和规范承诺上有自己的优势。 Objective: To compare and analyze the characteristics of their professional commitment level between traditional Chinese medical( TCM) students and clinical medical students. Methods: College Students' Professional Commitment Scale written by Wu Lanhua was adopted to make investigation on 300 TCM and clinical medical students. Results: The professional commitment level was not high in both groups( P〉0. 05)and there were significant differences in the ideal commitment and normative commitment( P〈0. 05); The professional commitment in the TCM students had no significant difference in gender( P〈0. 05) and the ideal commitment differed significantly on one-child a family or not,and there were significant differences in the professional commitment scores in total and in each grade; There were no significant differences among clinical medical students in professional commitment in grade and one-child a family or not( P〉0. 05) while the normative commitment existed significant difference in gender( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The overall commitment level is not high in TCM and clinical medical students. Both have their own advantages on the ideal commitment and normative commitment.
