Determination of 76 Pesticides Residues in Andrographis Herba by GC-MS/MS with ASE and QuEChERS

摘要 目的:建立了ASE提取,改良Qu ECh ERS净化,GC-MS/MS测定穿心莲中76种农药残留的分析方法。方法:样品经乙腈采用快速溶剂萃取仪提取,用改良的Qu ECh ERS方法净化,采用气相色谱-串联质谱检测,并采用基质匹配标准曲线法进行定量分析。结果:76种农药在10~500μg·L^(-1)线性良好(r>0.995),3水平回收率在63.0%~128.1%,RSD均<15%,方法检出限在1.12~11.33μg·kg^(-1)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏、节省有机溶剂,能够满足农药多残留检测的实际需求。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 76 pesticides residues in Andrographis Herba by GC-MS/MS with ASE and Qu ECh ERS. Method: The samples were extracted with acetonitrile by ASE,purified by modified Qu ECh ERS method,detected by GC-MS/MS,and quantitative analysis was done by using matrix matched standard curve method. Result: 76 pesticides had good linear relationship in the range of 10-500 μg·L^-1( r〉 0. 995),and the recovery range was 63. 0%-128. 1%,RSD 〈15%,LOD of1. 12-11. 33 μg·kg^-1. Conclusion: The method is simpler, rapid, accurate, sensitive,and saving organic solvents,which can meet the practical demands of multi-residue pesticides.
