摘要
以再生3104铝合金材料为实验研究对象,借助Deform软件和实验分析了不同复合热处理条件下的微观组织。实验结果表明,将试样进行深冷处理24 h+580℃均匀化热处理10 h,得到的组织更加的均匀细小,组织中的Al6Mn相具有抑制晶粒粗化的作用。
Taking regenerate 3104 aluminum alloy as experimental research object,the microstructure of the alloy was analyzed under the condition of different composite heat treatment with Deform software and experiments.Experimental results show that the samples after cryogenic treatment for 24 h and 580 ℃ homogenization heat treatment for 10 h,the obtained microstructure is more uniform and fine,Al6 Mn phase in the structure can inhibit the effect of grain coarsening.
