摘要
研究了在750℃时效10CrMoVNNb91钢显微组织和冲击性能的演变规律。结果表明,10CrMoVNNb91钢的析出相为Cr、Fe的碳化物和Nb的C、N化合物。经750℃时效处理后,随着时效时间延长,10CrMoVNNb91钢中析出相数量增多并长大,断裂形式由韧性断裂向沿晶脆性断裂转变,导致冲击性能显著下降。
The microstructure and impact properties of 10CrMoVNNb91 steel aged at 750 ℃ for different time were investigated.The results show the precipitated phases of 10CrMoVNNb91 steel consist of MC compound(chromium-iron carbide) and niobium compound(carbide and nitride).After ageing at 750 ℃,the number and size of the precipitated compounds increase with the prolonging of time,and fracture morphology transforms from ductile fracture to intergranular brittle fracture.As a result,the impact properties of the 10CrMoVNNb91 steel deteriorate significantly with the prolonging of ageing time at 750 ℃.
