摘要
采用电子束扫描预置粉末法在音乐器械用钢表面制备了51Cr-7C-42Fe复合层,探讨了热处理对复合层组织、物相和耐磨性能的影响规律。结果表明:复合层组织由奥氏体γ-Fe和碳化物(Cr,Fe)_7C_3构成;经过1 000℃×2 h热处理后奥氏体中析出弥散分布的二次碳化物。热处理后的表面复合层的耐磨性提高约16%,摩擦系数下降。
Composite layer of 51Cr-7C-42Fe was prepared on the surface of the steel used for music instruments by the electron beam scanning preset powder method,and the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure,phase component and wear resistance of the composite layer were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the composite layer is composed of austenite γ-Fe and carbides(Fe,Cr)_7C_3.The fine secondary carbides are precipitated in the austenite after heat treatment at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h.After heat treatment,the wear resistance of the surface composite layer increases by about16%,while the friction coefficient decreases in a certain extent.
