摘要
在分析电磁搅拌成型原理的基础上,开展了锰合金成型过程中振动特性的实验研究,从电流和频率两个衡量振动强度指标方面分析了振动对成型质量的影响。结果表明,电磁搅拌技术对改善锰合金的微观组织及减少裂纹条数有重要的意义;开裂温度与频率呈反比例关系,为锰合金成型过程中电磁搅拌参数的选择提供了依据。
The experiment research on vibration characteristics during the manganese alloy forming process was conducted on the basis of analyzing the forming principle of electromagnetic stirring.The influence of forming quality was analyzed from the current and frequency aspects.The results show that the electromagnetic stirring technology has important implications in improving the microstructure of Mn alloy and reducing the cracking numbers.Cracking temperature and frequency presents inverse proportion.These can provide certain basis for the parameters choosing in forming process of Mn alloy.
