摘要
连铸工艺中,结晶器的振动直接影响铸坯的表面品质,不同的因素会对结晶器振动曲线产生不同的影响,影响程度如何是生产过程中和理论分析中最应值得关注的。现场测得某钢厂第1、2流连铸机中结晶器传动机构的运动副间隙为0.5 mm,并在此工况下,建立实体仿真模型,对机构中缓冲气囊和不同拉坯速度两种因素仿真分析,比较理想状态下和不同因素状态下的位移曲线,分析仿真的结果与实际生产经验相吻合。
In continuous casting process,the vibration of crystallizer directly affecs the surface quality of the slab.Different factors have different effects on crystallizer oscillation curves.The degree of influence should be most notable in production process and theoretical analysis.The motion pair clearance of 0.5 mm on the first and second strand caster mold drive mechanism was measured in a steel plant site.And in this condition,an entity simulation model was established to analyze two factors of cushion airbag and different casting speed in mechanism,and compare displacement curve at the ideal state and different factors.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the actual production experience.
