摘要
针对影响铸造用3D打印砂芯(型)强度的因素进行研究,以指导3D打印砂芯(型)更好的应用于不同的铸造场合。具体为通过对砂芯(型)3D打印工艺参数、外部引入热能及机械振动等因素进行试验对比,得出各因素对3D打印砂芯(型)强度的影响规律。研究发现,从工艺参数方面提高树脂浓度与喷液量、提高固化剂比例,以及引入外部热能与振动,均可增强3D打印砂芯(型)强度,从而满足各类铸造需求。
The factors influencing the strength of 3D printing sand core(moulds) were researched to make the 3D printing sand core(moulds) better use in different casting occasion.through test and comparison of sand core(moulds) 3D printing process parameters,externally introduced thermal and mechanical vibration etc.,the influence rules of the above factors on the strength of 3D printing sand core(moulds) were obtained.The study results show that the process measures to improve the resin concentration and the amount of liquid injection,improve the proportion of curing agent,and introduce external heat and vibration,can enhance the strength of 3D printing sand core(moulds),so as to meet the needs of all kinds of castings.
