摘要
以锤式破碎机为例,开发出了一种生产锤头的新型熔模精铸复合工艺,其综合了振动浇注、真空、钢丸激冷等技术。通过试验,研究了这种新型复合工艺与普通熔模铸造之间的差异。试验结果显示,新型复合工艺下生产的锤头,组织中含有更多的马氏体;力学性能更加优异,冲击韧度提高了近一倍;耐磨性能也得到显著提高,相比普通熔模铸造提高了约70%,该新工艺能大大减少材料消耗。
Taking a hammer crusher as an example,a new type of composite investment casting technology for hammer head was developed combining vibration casting,vacuum casting and steel shot chilling technology.The difference between the new type of composite technology and the common investment casting was studied by experiments.Test results show that,using the new composite process,the produced hammers contains more martensite in the metallurgical structure,and has more excellent mechanical properties,the impact toughness is increased by nearly 1 times,the wear resistance is increased by about 70% compared with the ordinary investment,and the new technology can greatly reduce material consumption.
