中药联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对血清类胰蛋白酶水平的影响

Efficacy of combination therapy of Xiao-Yin Prescription modified with Ebastine and its influence onserum levels of tryptase in patients with chronic urticaria

目的观察消瘾方加减联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效及其对患者血清类胰蛋白酶水平的影响。方法将入选的68例患者随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(32例),两组均予口服依巴斯汀片10mg/次/d;观察组同时予我院消瘾方,辨证加减,日1剂,分2次口服,第3煎外洗患处,疗程4周。治疗前后采用化学发光免疫法检测患者血清类胰蛋白酶水平,同时检测30名健康志愿者作为阴性对照。结果观察组有效率(94.44%)明显高于对照组(71.88%)(P<0.01);两组患者治疗前血清中类胰蛋白酶水平均高于健康志愿者组,两组患者治疗后较治疗前血清类胰蛋白酶水平均下降,具有统计学意义(P均<0.05),且观察组与对照组治疗后血清类胰蛋白酶水平比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消瘾方加减联合依巴斯汀对慢性荨麻疹临床疗效比单用依巴斯汀好,且能明显降低血清类胰蛋白酶水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiao-Yin Prescription combined with Ebastine and its influence on serum levels of tryptase in patients with chronic urticaria. Method The selected 68 patients were randomly divided into observation group （36 cases） and control group （32 cases）, two groups were both given oral Ebastine tablets 10mg/time/day, and the observation group was also given Xiao-Yin Prescripion of our hopital, which was taken twice a day of one dose, the third fired medical water was topical applied on lesions. The serum levels of tryptase before and after treatment in patients with chronic urticaria and in 30 healthy volunteers were detected using chemiluminescence immunoassay. Result The efficacy of observation group （94.44%） was significantly higher than control group （71.88%） （p 〈 0.01 ） ; The serum levels of tryptase in obsvervation group and control group were higher than heahhy controls before treatment, and the levels significantly decreased after treatment in two groups seperately （p 〈 0.05 ）, and the levels of tryptase were significanty different between observation group and control group （p 〈 0.05 ）. The combination of Ebastine modified with Xiao-Yin Prescription has a better efficacy than Ebastine only, and can reduce serum level of tryptase significantly.
