痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的光电治疗进展 被引量:10

摘要 痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕是寻常痤疮最常见的后遗症,发生率较高,严重影响患者的心理健康及生活质量。其治疗方法有皮肤磨削、化学剥脱、微针疗法、组织填充术、外科疗法等。近年来,激光、强脉冲光及射频疗法逐渐被用于痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的治疗,并取得良好的疗效。 Atrophic acne scar is the most common sequelae of acne vulgaris with a higher incidence and serious impact on both mental health and quality of life of patients. Therapeutic methods for treatmenting atrophic acne scar include skin dermabrasion, chemical peeling, micro-needle therapy, tissue fill- ing, surgical therapy and so forth. In recent years, laser, intense pulsed light and radio frequency therapy are gradually being used for the treatment of atrophic acne scar and achieved significant therapeutic effect.
