The objective of the study is to discuss the problems on information linkage mechanism of public crisis decision-making. The information linkage among individual organizations is an important support for government to do the crisis decision-making, but it may be restricted to poor functional condition over a large-scale wide area caused by the risk of damage. It is necessary to clarify the coordinating relations among multiagent and regional cooperation linkage to ensure the availability of regional sustainable development. The study explores how to build the information linkage mechanism of crisis decision-making in a wide area, making each organization work together strategically and cooperate scientifically.
