河南省本科院校图书馆荐购服务调查分析

A Survey on the Recommendation Services of University Libraries in Henan Province

[目的 /意义]荐购服务逐渐成为高校图书馆广泛采用的信息资源建设补充方式。研究河南省本科院校图书馆荐购服务具有重要意义。[方法 /过程]运用网络调查法,梳理20所河南省本科院校图书馆荐购服务运行现状,发现荐购服务在图书馆网站主页上的位置各异、栏目称谓不规范、服务内容单一、服务方式芜杂等问题,并对这些存在问题进行比较分析。[结果 /结论]河南省本科院校图书馆荐购服务是一个复杂的系统工程,应从"一键触发"、"去中间化"与"按需荐购",栏目设置规范、合理、醒目,荐购服务内容丰富多彩,荐购服务方式多元化等方面着手,实现河南省本科院校图书馆荐购服务创新机制。

Recommendation service has gradually become a widely used way for university libraries to replenish their collections. It is important to study the recommendation services of university libraries in Henan Province. B,y means of Web survey, the paper analyzes the recommendation service situations of 20 university libraries in the Province, finds that the layout positions on hom. epages are varied, the column names are not normative, the service contents are single, and the ways of the services are miscellaneous, and makes a comparative study of the problems. The book recommendation service is complex, and clicking once, cutting down middle links and purchasing according to needs should be paid attention to, the column layout should be standard, reasonableand, striking, the contents should be varied, and service ways should be diversified. And thus the innovation mechanism for book recommendation can be realized.
