区域性高校图书馆数字资源建设及其发展策略——以贵阳花溪高校聚集区为例

Digital Resource Construction and Development Strategy of Regional University Libraries : A Case Study of the University Gathering Area in Huaxi of Guiyang

贵阳花溪高校聚集区有9所高校图书馆,从对各图书馆数字资源建设现状进行调查后的统计数据分析来看,各图书馆存在着数据库重复建设、数字资源共享程度低、投入力度不大、分布不均衡等需要解决的问题。应对上述问题的有效途径是建立图书馆联盟,在一定合作机制下从自建数据库和整合各图书馆数字资源入手,充分发挥地域优势,实现资源互补、资源共享的建设目标。

There are 9 college or university libraries in Huaxi University District, Guiyang. After a survey and a statistic analysis of digital resource construction of the libraries, the author finds some problems, including repeated construction, lack of sharing, low level of investment on the databases and uneven distribution. An effective way to deal with the problems is to establish the library alliance. And under the cooperation mechanism, the regional advantages can be given full play, and the information resource supplement and sharing can be realized.
