摘要 肿瘤与宿主免疫系统之间的相互作用复杂而多变。科学家们正试图阐明两者之间的作用机制,希望借此改善肿瘤治疗现状。相应的,肿瘤免疫疗法成为制药工业的热门研究领域。作为众多肿瘤免疫周期调节因子中的一员,吲哚胺-2,3-双加氧酶1(Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1,IDO-1)备受关注。本文从生理功能、肿瘤组织异常表现、在研药物研究进展等方面对IDO-1进行综述。 The interactions between neoplasm and the host immune system are complex and dynamic. Scientists are trying to find out the mechanisms of their interactions and hoping to improve the status of tumor therapy. Correspondingly, Cancer immunotherapy has become a popular research area of Pharmaceutical Industry. Amongst the numerous mediators contributing to cancer-immunity cycle, the enzyme indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase-1 (IDO-1) has recently attracted special attention. In this article we reviewed advance of IDO-1 from the aspects of physiological function, abnormalities in tumor tissues and drug development status.
