先通过一系列试验筛选得到用于环保无磷除油粉的表面活性剂组合:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 0.6%(均为质量分数),异构C13聚氧乙烯醚A9 1.0%,烷基糖苷APG0814 1.0%,异构C13聚氧乙烯醚TDA-70 1.4%。随后通过正交试验对除油粉的其他组分进行优化,最终得到用于金属表面清洗的环保无磷除油粉:氢氧化钠30%,碳酸钠20%,五水偏硅酸钠4.0%,助洗剂DG 25%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,元明粉(硫酸钠)15%,非离子表面活性剂4%。最后对比研究了该配方除油粉、现有含磷除油粉BH-11和无磷除油粉BH-13的除油性能。结果表明,与无磷除油粉BH-13相比,在相同温度下,该配方的除油速率更快,除油效率更高,漂洗性能更好,综合性能可与含磷除油粉BH-11相媲美。
A composite surfactant for environment-friendly phosphorous-free degreasing powder composed of 0.6wt% fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AEO-9, 1.0wt% isomeric C13 alcohol polyoxyethylene ether A9, 1.0wt% alkyl polyglucoside APG0814, and 1.4wt% isomeric C 13 alcohol polyoxyethylene ether TDA-70 was obtained through a series of screening tests. Orthogonal tests were conducted to optimize the other components of degreasing powder and an environment-friendly phosphorous-free degreasing powder suitable for metal cleaning was obtained as follows: sodium hydroxide 30wt%, sodium carbonate 20wt%, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate 4wt%, detergent builder DG 25wt%, sodium dodecyl sulfate 2wt%, sodium sulfate 15wt%, and nonionic surfactant 4wt%. The performance of the developed degreasing powder was compared with two commercial counterparts i.e. phosphorus-containing degreasing powder BH-11 and phosphorus-free degreasing powder BH-13. The results showed that the developed degreasing powder has higher degreasing rate and efficiency and better rinse property than BH-13, and its comprehensive performance is comparable to BH-11.
