阐述了第三代核电站(AP1000)建设对装置可靠性的要求,指出核用不锈钢镀硬铬的难点及镀层的性能指标,介绍了南通市申海工业技术科技有限公司在此方面的经验,包括前处理工艺,杂质控制措施,大尺寸、复杂结构零件的均镀技术,以及大批量生产时的稳定性和质量控制。
The requirement of reliability for devices used in a third-generation nuclear power plant (AP1000) was presented. The difficulties of hard chromium plating on stainless steel for nuclear applications and the performance indexes of chromium coatings were described. The experience of Nantong Shenhai Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. in this field was introduced, including pretreatment procedure, how to plating uniform coatings on large-size and shape-complicated parts, and stabilization and quality control in mass production.
