氨溴索联合阿奇霉素在儿童支原体肺炎治疗中的应用价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨氨溴索联合阿奇霉素在儿童支原体肺炎治疗中的应用效果。方法按照治疗方式的不同将160例儿童支原体肺炎患儿分为2组,观察组80例采用氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组80例采用单纯阿奇霉素治疗。比较2组疗效。结果观察组患者临床疗效、治疗后肺功能指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氨溴索联合阿奇霉素的方式对儿童支原体肺炎患儿实施治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。
