基于ANSYS盘形滚刀破岩参数的分析

摘要 利用ANSYSWORKBENCH对单把盘形滚刀破碎岩石的过程进行分析仿真。对盘形滚刀的破岩机理进行分析,由于岩石为脆性材料,几乎不存在弹性变形,当逐渐增加滚刀的破切力,引起岩石的损伤积累,当岩石完全损伤时突然发生破碎。得到此时加载在单把滚刀上的垂直力,这对多把滚刀的布置,计算掘进机对刀盘所需提供的推力有一定的指导意义。 To put a single disc cutter breakage process of rock is simulated. The rock breaking mechanism of disc cutter is analyzed, due to the rock is a brittle material, there is almost no elastic deformation, while gradually increasing hob broken shear, causing accumulation of rock damage. When the rock when completely damaged suddenly broken by workbench. This loading on the hob on vertical force, the arrangement of a plurality of the hob calculated TBM cutter to provide thrust has certain directive significance.
