摘要
影响农村剩余劳动力转移的因素有很多,其中最为重要的是劳动力市场因素,主要表现为:城乡统一劳动力市场没有形成、劳动力市场服务发展落后、市场监管不够等。因此,文章对影响农村剩余劳动力转移的市场供求因素进行分析,并为如何促进农村劳动力的有效转移进行策略思考。
There are many factors that affect the transfer of rural surplus labor force, one of the most important labor market factors, mainly: did not form a unified labor market in urban and rural areas, labor service market development has lagged behind, market supervision insufficient. Therefore, the effect of the transfer of rural surplus labor market supply and demand factors were analyzed, and how to promote the effective transfer of rural labor force of strategic thinking.
