近几年,随着信息技术的快速发展,不断增加的信息量也使得文书档案管理的地位在单位中日渐重要。基于此,本文围绕文书档案管理工作进行分析和研究,分析在文书档案管理中现存的问题,并对解决问题的优化措施进行探讨。

With the rapid development of information technology, making the documents management status is increasingly important in the unit. Based on this, this paper analyze and research around the document file management, the paper analyses the problems existing in the management of documents, and discusses the optimization measures to solve the problem.
