双头螺纹花洒旋转式抽芯脱模机构及其注塑模具设计 被引量:39

摘要 针对淋浴用花洒一端带外螺纹,一端带内螺纹,手柄中心为弯曲变截面通管的结构特点,巧妙地结合产品外观要求,设计了圆环型薄片侧浇口浇注方式,避免了在产品外观面上开设浇口,有效地解决了产品注塑浇口开设困难的问题;针对产品手柄尾端的外螺纹脱模采用哈弗滑块脱模方式;花洒头部内螺纹部位采用电机驱动旋转外层螺纹管型芯转动脱模方式,弯管部位则采用液压油缸加杠杆机构来驱动进行大角度、大行程弯管内型芯脱模;有效地降低了模具设计及加工难度;机构工作稳定可靠,结构设计合理,有效地保证了产品成型质量。 For a shower with external screw thread in one end, internal thread in the other end, and bending vent pipe with variable cross-section in the handle center, we designed a ring-typed sheet side gate to avoid opening the gate in the product surface, so the difficult problem of opening injection gate was solved effectively. For the external screw thread part in the end of the shower handle, hover slider was used to demold; for the internal thread part in the shower head, the way of motor-driven outer screwed pipe core rotation was used to demold; for the elbow pipe part, hydraulic ram together with lever assembly was used to drive the large angle large stroke elbow core to demold. The design scheme reduce the difficulty of mold design and mechanism processing effectively. The mechanism with reasonable structural design works stably and reliably, which ensures the product quality effectively.
