摘要
分析了热固性塑料性能的特点,并通过研究进一步分析了其在建筑外墙中的应用,研究表明,在受热过程中,酚醛复合材料的受热失重温度相对是较高的,温度达到1 000℃时,质量仅发生12%的损耗;在高温条件下,酚醛复合材料仍具有良好的物理性能,说明酚醛复合材料确实具有良好的热稳定性能。因此,热固性塑料不仅具备优异的保温绝热性能,而且其防火安全性能同样很高,热固性塑料在建筑外墙中将会有广阔的应用前景。
This paper analysed the characteristics of the performance of thermosetting plastic, and its application in the building external wall. Studies show that: the weightlessness tempera-ture of phenolic resin composites is relatively high in the process of heating, and the weight loss reaches only 12% at 1 000 ℃ ; under high temperature, phenolic resin composite material has good physical properties, meaning the good thermal stability of phenolic resin composites. Thermosetting plastic, therefore, not only has excellent thermal insulation properties, but also has very high fire safety performance. The thermosetting plastic will have a broad application prospect in external wall.
