快速破坏性髋关节病 被引量：1

摘要 快速破坏性髋关节病（RDC）是一种进展快速、股骨头短期内破坏吸收、患者疼痛症状严重、不同于股骨头坏死一般病程的髋关节破坏性疾病,临床较为少见。主要特点为单侧髋关节快速破坏,且1年内髋关节间隙狭窄〉2 mm或1年内〉50%的关节间隙狭窄,排除其他因素引起的关节破坏,是少见类型的骨关节炎。患者年龄多在60岁以上,女性、单侧多见,无明确创伤及皮质激素类用药史,
