腈纶废水与粘胶废水耦合处理研究

摘要 腈纶废水是典型的难降解、高氨氮废水。基于不同废水混合处理具有对其中有毒物质稀释和生化营养互补的特点,采用SBBR反应器,将腈纶废水与黏胶废水进行耦合处理实验(耦合比为1∶2),结果表明耦合处理的处理效果明显优于单独处理腈纶废水时的处理效果,耦合处理时出水COD为159.6 mg/L,氨氮15.5 mg/L。在得出耦合处理可行的前提下,通过不同耦合比例的对比实验及脱氮最佳条件实验,发现当腈纶废水与黏胶废水耦合比例为1∶2时,就单位体积去除量来看,腈纶废水脱氮效果最佳。其他条件不变,当反应器运行方式为好氧、厌氧各24 h,HRT48 h,投加碳酸氢钠0.4 g/L时,脱氮效果最好。 Acrylic fiber wastewater is a kind of typical wastewater which is featured with degradation-resistance and high ammonia nitrogen. Based on the effect that the mixing treatment of different wastewater enables the poisonous substances within to dilute and the biochemical nutrition to complement, this experiment couples the crylic fiber wastewater and glue wastewater(the coupling ratio is 1∶2) by using SER reactor. The results show that the coupling treatment is better than the separate one according to the date that the effluent COD of coupling treatment is 159.6 mg/L, ammonia 15.5 mg/L, while separate treatment is 241 mg/L, ammonia 77.9 mg/L. On the foundation of possibility to couple wastewater, it is found that the denitrification effect of acrylic fiber wastewater is best(the removal amount per unit volume) when the coupling ratio of crylic fiber wastewater and glue wastewater reaches 1∶2 by comparing the experiments of different coupling ratios and the best conditions for denitrification. With other conditions unchanged, the denitrification effect is best when the reactor runs under the oxic and anaerobic condition for 24 hours respectively, HRT 48 hours and adding sodium bicarbonate 0.4 g/L.
