摘要 电站锅炉排放的氮氧化物(NO_x)是大气污染的主要来源之一,对人类的健康构成了极大的威胁。SCR烟气脱硝即是为了解决氮氧化物,使排放达到环境标准的技术。SCR烟气脱硝催化剂泛指应用在电厂SCR(selective catalytic reduction)脱硝系统上的催化剂(Catalyst),在SCR反应中,促使还原剂选择性地与烟气中的氮氧化物在一定温度下发生化学反应的物质。目前最常用的催化剂为V_2O_5-WO_3(MoO_3)/TiO_2系列,目前SCR商用催化剂基本都是以TiO_2为基材,以V_2O_5为主要活性成份,以WO_3、MoO_3为抗氧化、抗毒化辅助成份。催化剂型式可分为三种:板式、蜂窝式和波纹板式。硅金粉即是一种用高纯度蒙脱石的可膨胀性以及阳离子的可交换性,将大的有机或无机阳离子像柱一样将粘土的层结构撑开并牢固地链接的层柱粘土(Pillared Interlayer Clays,PILC),也叫交联粘土(Cross-linking Clays,CLC)。我国拥有丰富的膨润土资源,蒙脱石是膨润土的主要成份,它是制备层柱粘土的主要原料。文章讨论了硅金粉添加在SCR烟气脱硝催化剂中的作用,并对不同的添加量进行了分析。 The NOX emitted by power station boiler is one of the main resources of air pollution which has great threat to human health. SCR flue gas denitrification is a technique aiming to solve NOX problem and meet environment emission standard. SCR flue gas denitrification catalyst in general refers to the catalyst applied in SCR denitrification system of power station, a material that stimulates the chemical reaction selectively between reducing agent and NOXcontained in flue gas in SCR reaction under certain temperature. Currently the most commonly used catalyst is V2O5-WO3(MoO3)/TiO2 series. SCR commercial catalyst often uses TiO2 as base material, V2O5 as main active element and WO3, MoO3 as antioxidant and anti-poisoning element. Catalyst pattern can be divided into three types: plate-type, honey comb, corrugated plate. Silicon gold powder utilizes the expansiveness of highly purified montmorillonite and exchangeability of cation to enable organic cations and inorganic anions expand clays' layered structure and stick them together like a pillar, to make it pillared interlayer clays(PILC), also called cross-linking clays(CLC). China has rich resource of bentonite while montmorillonite is the main elements and it's the main raw material to produce pillared interlayer clays. The article discusses the effect of silicon gold powder in SCR flue gas denitrification catalyst, and analyze the effect of different addition volume.
