摘要
文章简要描述了饮用水中N-亚硝酰胺(英文缩写:NAD)的高效液相色谱质谱联用测定方法的实验进展,并据此方法开展了N-甲基N-亚硝基脲(英文缩写:NMU)的监测工作。结果表明通过运用常温低压蒸馏技术,能提高饮用水中N-亚硝酰胺的浓度,便于快速高效的测定低浓度的亚硝酰胺。
The probably detection of N-nitrosoamide in the drinking water has been introduced by HPLC-LC experiment in this thesis, at the same time we have done the detection of NMU. The research can illustrate that the norm temperature and low pressure distillation method can raise the concentration of N-nitrosoamide in the drinking water in order to detect its low concentration quickly and effectively.
