摘要
针对化学实验试剂用量大、环境污染大等问题,本文从合成路线和工艺路线两个方面以原子经济性角度对合成路线原料、单元反应的选择,到工艺路线原料的原料预处理、反应条件、合成技术、完成方法的选择进行探讨,为实现原子经济性目标提供参考。
In order to solve the problems existing in the current chemistry experiment: the reagent consumption, environmental pollution and the degree of security risks and other issues, in two aspects of the synthetic route and process route, this paper explained the atomic economic problems such as the synthetic route of raw materials, reaction unit selection, process route of pre-processing of raw materials, reaction conditions, synthetic technology, completion method selection, to provide reference for the realization of the goal of atom economy.
