摘要
生物质燃料锅炉能效测试的反平衡计算中,排烟损失为总损失的75.9%-83.7%。减少排烟损失对改善锅炉能效状况有重大潜力。然而,现有锅炉能效简单测试计算标准中还没有关于生物质燃料锅炉的排烟损失计算系数m、n。试验中对五台生物质燃料锅炉进行能效测试,并通过线性拟合的方法得出生物质燃料的排烟损失计算系数m、n。拟合得出系数m在0.93-1.05之间变化,系数n则在3.11-3.98之间。由拟合得到的系数m、n,代入排烟损失q2计算得出的结果与详细测试得到的q2数值相差不超过3.74%,接近详细测试得到的q2数值。可根据拟合系数计算得到的排烟损失数值进行调节运行参数,改善锅炉热效率。
In counter balance method of thermal efficiency test for biomass fuel boilers, exhaust gas lost contain cost 75.9 %-83.7 % of total thermal lost. It illustrates that decreasing exhaust gas heat lost should make great contribution to the thermal efficiency of biomass fuel boilers. But the calculation coefficient m, n for exhaust gas heat lost are unfound about biomass fuel boilers recently. Five biomass fuel boilers were tested for thermal efficiency, and each coefficient m, n was calculated by fitting the curve. As the result, the coefficient m varies between 0.93 and 1.05 and 3.11 to 3.98 for coefficient n. It is found that the difference was less than 3.74 % between the exhaust gas heat lost calculated by the fitting coefficient m, n and the result of detail test for thermal efficiency about biomass fuel boilers. It is considered that we can improve the thermal efficiency of biomass on the basis of the exhaust gas heat lost calculated by the fitting coefficient m, n.
