离心压缩机喘振的机理和控制研究

摘要 离心压缩机作为MVR系统核心设备,需要稳定可靠运行。由喘振引起的噪声、振动,有可能造成叶片损伤、机组瘫痪。喘振是由于进气流量减小至喘振区引起的轴向振动,但伴有提前的由旋转分离引起的径向振动。控制喘振有多种机理、多种策略,常用的是旁路阀控制,但会降低效率。研究表明进气预调节可使压缩机在60%负荷下工作,不影响效率。 As the core equipment of MVR system, centrifugal compressor needs stable and reliable running. The noise and vibration caused by surging could cause blade injury and assembly paralysis. Surging is axial vibration caused by inlet flow reduced to surge area, with radial vibration caused by rotating separation at the early time. Surge control has a variety of mechanisms and strategies, the common strategy are the bypass valve control, but will reduce the efficiency. Study shows that air intake precondition can make the compressor work under 60 % load, with no efficiency affect.
