顶空-气相色谱法直接测定呼伦湖中三氯乙醛含量的研究

摘要 水样在顶空仪中液-气两相平衡后,利用配备电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定加入碱液前后试样中三氯甲烷含量差来对水样中三氯乙醛进行定量,并绘制了方法的标准曲线,相关系数r>0.9999,同时测定了方法的检出限、精密度及不同点位湖水中三氯乙醛的含量及水样的加标回收率,数据结果表明该方法能够准确,快捷的测定湖水中的三氯乙醛含量。 When water samples reaches the liquid-gas equilibrium in Head Space Analyzer, Gas Chromatography with electron capture detector(ECD) determine the different content of chloroform after adding lye to research the quantity of chloral and chloroform' calibration curve were measured, the results showed that the correlative coefficients of calibration curve was higher than 0.9999, the limits of detection and precision were determined. Quantitative analyses of the samples gathered from four different regions of lake and the samples' spiked recoveries were tested. The date shows that HS-GC method could determine the chloral expediently with a satisfactory result.
